C-Tribe Festival is planning a food market for August 2027 in Edmonton. The location and timing are still being confirmed, and food vendor applications are open now.

- A spot request at the C-Tribe Festival food market (August 2027, dates and location to be announced).
- The option to also request C-Tribe Village Expo (August 12-13, 2027), C-Tribe x Culture events (August 2027), C-Tribe x Fashion events (August 2027) and the C-Tribe x Fashion Show (February 25, 2027).
- Final placement, inclusions and pricing confirmed by C-Tribe before you pay anything.
- If you do not have a food handling permit yet, you can ask for guidance in the application.

Choose "Food vendor", tell us what you sell and where you would like to sell. No payment is collected and no spot is reserved by applying.

We review
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. The main deadline is June 25, 2027 and main-round decisions are set for July 9, 2027.

Get your offer
If accepted, C-Tribe confirms your placement, inclusions and final pricing separately, along with the food market's location and timing once they are set.

Before you apply.
- Your business name, a contact name, email, phone number and city. A website is optional.
- What kind of food vendor you are, for example a food truck or a booth with on-site preparation.
- Your menu or product range and your price range. Alcohol is not permitted.
- Which events you would like to sell at.
- Your food handling permit status. The application asks whether you hold a current permit or approval from Alberta Health Services, with "In progress" and "Not yet, I would like guidance" as options.
About C-Tribe
Where industries collide.
C-Tribe Festival brings tech, fashion, gaming, music, culture and film together in Edmonton for six days, August 12 to 17, 2027. It is run by C-Tribe Society, a not-for-profit that has grown from 170 guests in 2017 to more than 8,500 people across its events.

Questions.
Where and when is the food market?
The food market is planned for August 2027 in Edmonton. The exact location and timing are still being confirmed, and we will share them with applicants once they are set.
Do I need a food handling permit to apply?
You can apply without one. The application asks about your permit status, and you can answer "In progress" or "Not yet, I would like guidance". The form notes that accepted food vendors must show a valid permit before the event.
What does it cost?
Applying is free. Fees for the food market have not been published yet. Inclusions, availability and final pricing are confirmed separately by C-Tribe if you are accepted.
Can I sell alcohol?
No. Alcohol is not permitted. Non-alcoholic drinks are welcome.
Can I sell food at a cultural booth instead?
No. Cultural booths can sell anything except food and drink. Food sells through the food vendor option, which can also cover other C-Tribe events.
Can I still apply after June 25, 2027?
Yes, but applications after June 25, 2027 go on the waitlist and depend on availability.
