- Debut Rail: free for first-time designers. Curated, limited spots.
- Designer Rail: CAD 250 on February 25, or CAD 195 per day or CAD 750 for the full run in August.
- Community / Cultural Table: CAD 175 on February 25, or CAD 150 per day or CAD 550 for the full run in August.
- Market Table: CAD 395 on February 25, or CAD 295 per day or CAD 1,100 for the full run in August.
- 10x10 Studio Booth: CAD 895 on February 25, or CAD 650 per day or CAD 2,400 for the full run in August.
- Brand Activation: CAD 2,500 to 5,000 on February 25, or CAD 5,000 to 12,000 for the full run in August. Drop Partner: from CAD 7,500 on February 25, or from CAD 10,000 in August.
- February vendors get priority booking for August. Final inclusions, pricing and placement are confirmed on acceptance.

Have these ready.
- Your name, email, phone number and brand or company name.
- Your website or portfolio URL (include https://) and your Instagram handle.
- Which events you want, your exhibit type and what you sell or showcase.
- The typical price range of your products and the package that interests you most.
- If you sell resale items, how you verify authenticity, for example third-party authentication or receipts from the original retailer.
- Drops must run first-come with per-person limits or timed slots. Raffles, mystery boxes and chance-based releases are not permitted.
About C-Tribe
Where industries collide.
C-Tribe Festival brings tech, fashion, gaming, music, culture and film together in Edmonton for six days, August 12 to 17, 2027. It is run by C-Tribe Society, a not-for-profit that has grown from 170 guests in 2017 to more than 8,500 people across its events.

Is there an application fee?
No. There is no application fee and no payment is taken when you apply.
How do I pay if I am accepted?
Accepted vendors receive payment details from a ctribefestival.com email address only. Prices are indicative CAD plus GST until your package is confirmed on acceptance.
What kind of market is this?
A curated fashion marketplace in the ComplexCon style, at a smaller scale: vendor booths, brand activations and limited drops, alongside our runway show and August fashion events.
Can I sell vintage or resale items?
Yes. Resale items must be authentic. The application asks whether you sell resale and how you verify authenticity.
Can I release a limited drop?
Yes, the application asks if you are interested. Drops run first-come with per-person limits or timed slots. Raffles, mystery boxes and chance-based releases are not permitted.
Can I apply for both February and August?
Yes. Select both events on the form. February vendors get priority booking for August.
