Fill in the designer form online before December 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM MST. Your answers save as you go.

Submit once
You'll see a thank-you message when you submit. Each designer can submit once, so check your answers first.

Hear from us by email
The C-Tribe team reviews applications and will be in touch by email about our decision.
Before you apply
Have these ready.
- Your brand name and the name of your collection
- How many looks are in the collection (2 to 3, 4 to 6, or 7+)
- The category: men's, women's, unisex, or a mix
- Your Instagram handle, and your website if you have one
- Your full mailing address, including postal code
- Which package you are applying under: Free, Friend, or Friend Partner Plus
- A short note with anything else you want us to know (this question is required)
- A best guess at how many people in your circle would buy a ticket to see you show, and how you'd tell them
- Confirmation that you're available on Thursday, February 25, 2027 in Edmonton
About C-Tribe
Where industries collide.
C-Tribe Festival brings tech, fashion, gaming, music, culture and film together in Edmonton for six days, August 12 to 17, 2027. It is run by C-Tribe Society, a not-for-profit that has grown from 170 guests in 2017 to more than 8,500 people across its events.

Questions
Good to know.
Is this part of the August festival?
No. The February 25, 2027 show is a standalone event, separate from the C-Tribe Festival on August 12 to 17, 2027. If you want to show at both, apply to both. The August designer call has its own form.
Where is the show?
In Edmonton. The venue will be announced. Selected designers will hear the details from us by email.
What are the packages on the form?
The form asks you to choose one of three packages: Free, Friend, or Friend Partner Plus. If you're not sure which one fits, email hello@ctribefestival.com before you apply.
When do applications close?
December 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM MST. The form stops accepting submissions after that.
