Questions.

Does it cost anything to apply?

No. Applying is free. No payment is collected and no booth is reserved when you apply. Package prices on the form are indicative CAD preferences, not offers.

Can I sell food or drinks at a cultural booth?

No. Cultural booths can sell anything except food and drink, and vapes and smoking products are not allowed. If you sell food, choose "Food vendor" on the same application.

Which events can I apply for?

The C-Tribe Village Expo (August 12-13, 2027), C-Tribe x Culture events (August 2027), C-Tribe x Fashion events (August 2027) and the C-Tribe x Fashion Show (February 25, 2027). Select all that interest you. C-Tribe confirms final placement.

How much does a booth cost?

The Village Market at the Village Expo is indicative CAD 449 for both days, before applicable taxes. At C-Tribe x Fashion events, the Community / Cultural Table is indicative CAD 175 for February 25, or CAD 150 per day or CAD 550 for the full run in August, plus GST, through the Fashion Marketplace application. Final pricing comes with your offer.

How much space is there at the Village Expo?

The Village Expo is a career-first event. At least 80% of the floor is reserved for career-related exhibitors, and The Village Market takes no more than 20%, so marketplace space is limited.

Can I still apply after June 25, 2027?

Yes, but applications after June 25, 2027 go on the waitlist and depend on availability.
