Honourees are chosen through the C-Tribe Underestimated Communities Corporate Index — a structured external review scored across six dimensions: workplace culture, leadership representation, workforce protections, community engagement, supplier inclusion, and long-term reinvestment. The methodology and each cohort's scorecard are published alongside the list.

Selection & Methodology
How are honourees chosen?
Through the C-Tribe Underestimated Communities Corporate Index, a structured external review scored across six dimensions — workplace culture, leadership representation, workforce protections, community engagement, supplier inclusion, and long-term reinvestment. Inputs include public filings, HR disclosures, supplier data, pay-equity reports, and targeted interviews.Can organizations nominate themselves or pay for a placement?
No to both. There are no self-nominations and no paid tiers. The list is compiled by our scoring team before tables go on sale. Booking a table has no bearing on whether your organization is named.When is the 2026 list announced?
Regional lists are revealed on the evening of November 12 at the Matrix Hotel, then published at ctribefestival.com the following morning alongside the full methodology and each honouree's scorecard.Can I see our scorecard if we weren't listed?
Yes. Every organization that enters the scoring pool receives a summary scorecard within 30 days of the gala, including the six-dimension breakdown and the regional threshold for that cohort.
Attendance & Seating
What's included with a table?
Every table includes premium seating, a three-course dinner with wine pairings, and dedicated table service. Founder's and Legacy tables add concierge service, branded signage, meet-and-greets, and after-party access. See the three tiers above for the full breakdown.Can I attend without a corporate table?
Yes. Individual seats are included with VIP, Executive, and Culture festival passes. Passholders are seated together in the main ballroom.What's the difference between the three tiers?
Champion ($2,500, 8 seats) is built for teams and smaller corporate groups. Founder's ($5,000, 10 seats) adds concierge service, logo placement on event signage, and keynote meet-and-greets. Legacy ($10,000, 12 seats) adds a private pre-event lounge, featured sponsor recognition, a private photo session, and invitation to the after-party.Can I split a table with another organization?
Yes. Co-hosted tables are common for smaller teams or partner organizations. Let us know at booking so we can coordinate signage and the guest manifest.

Thursday, November 12, 2026, at the Matrix Hotel (10640 100 Avenue NW, downtown Edmonton). Doors at 6 PM MST. Dinner at 7. Awards at 8:30. Close at midnight.What's the dress code?
Black-tie preferred. Formal business attire is welcome; cocktail attire is acceptable for passholder seats.Is the venue accessible, and is parking available?
The Matrix Hotel is fully wheelchair accessible, with accessible washrooms on the event floor and step-free routes from the main entrance. Paid parking is available in the hotel’s underground lot and in adjacent surface lots. For specific accommodations, write to events@ctribefestival.com ahead of your visit.Is there a hotel room block?
A limited Champion's Club room block is held at the Matrix Hotel at a preferred rate. The booking code is included in the confirmation email after you reserve a table or purchase a seat.Will any of it be livestreamed?
The awards segment will be broadcast on C-Tribe Society and festival partner channels. Dinner, performances, and the after-party are in-person only.
Payment, Transfers & Refunds
How do I pay for a table?
Tables check out through CLabs, the festival’s ticketing platform — credit card at the point of sale. If your organization requires an invoice and PO, write to events@ctribefestival.com with the table tier and your billing contact and we’ll issue terms.What's your refund and transfer policy?
Tables are fully refundable up to 60 days before the event and transferrable to another organization at any time. Individual seats are transferrable to a named guest up to seven days before. Closer to the date, refunds can be applied as credit toward a future C-Tribe event.Will I receive a tax receipt?
C-Tribe Society is a registered non-profit, not a charity, so table purchases are not eligible for charitable tax receipts. You'll receive a standard business invoice that most organizations can expense as sponsorship, marketing, or corporate hospitality — please confirm deductibility with your own accountant.

What do honourees receive beyond the trophy?
A digital badge pack for web and social, a feature in the 2026 C-Tribe annual report, coverage across C-Tribe Society and festival broadcast partners, and a post-event debrief with your HR and communications teams on how to apply the recognition in your employer-brand work.How do we use the Champion's Club mark?
Usage guidelines and asset files are included in the honouree kit delivered within one week of the gala. The mark may be used in recruitment, investor, and corporate materials for the 12 months following the award.Can media attend?
Yes. Apply for press accreditation at press@ctribefestival.com by November 1. A post-event media kit with photography, quotes, and the full honouree list is distributed the morning after the gala.
